Peristaltic ICP Pump Tubing from SCP Science is available for all major ICP and ICP-MS spectrometer sample introduction systems in the materials PVC, SolventFlex, Silicone and Viton. If you are not sure which material is most suitable for your application, you can select the right material in the Chemical Resistance Chart. By means of cross-references you can quickly find the hose you need in the documentation below.
A flared pump tube runs slightly outwards at the end, making it easier to insert the sample tube into the pump tube. This is especially the case if you are working with different inner diameters.
Phthalate-free ICP Pump Tubing
Phthalates make plastics softer, but at the same time they are also harmful to the environment. SCP Science has developed phthalate-free PVC ICP Pump Tubing. This anticipates changing legislation on the use of phthalates.
The new hose is slightly stiffer by omitting the phthalates, but extensive tests have shown that the performance and durability are the same or even better than the Tubing that contains phthalates. This fact is supported by tests that have been carried out over weeks with 5 ICP Spectrometers in SCP Science laboratories as well as in external laboratories.
Order numbers:
