You can contact the Technical Service Department for technical questions about your instruments/equipment, request for a Service Agreement (preventive and/or corrective maintenance), execution and planning of maintenance work, remote assistance, reporting malfunctions, execution of calibrations and/or validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Through Zendesk Portal, you can access your own account and see the status of current and historical tickets.
