Standard fluid path materials are Stainless Steel and PEEK, in addition to optional Titanium. Other available features include jacketed heads for temperature controlled processes. With 5 mL/min, 10 mL/min, and 40 mL/min versions available, and pressure capability up to 6,000 psi, these versatile pumps will meet the most demanding applications.

Features include automatic pressure compensation, Pulse Dampener, integrated Prime-Purge Valve, interactive keypad control, and complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports. The unique LS Class provides the highest performance/cost ratio in a compact package.

LS class pump (binary)

The customizable Binary Gradient Pumping System, part of the LS Class, is an advanced pumping system for two-solvent high-pressure gradient applications. The system is designed with two single-head positive displacement piston pumps integrated into a functional enclosure.
Equipped with belt drive pump mechanisms with shaped cam and electronic fast refill, the system produces very low pulsation. Fluid path materials are stainless steel and PEEK, with optional titanium. Available features include Prime-Purge Valves for each channel, Pulse Dampeners for reduced pulsation, pressure monitoring with integrated transducer, bulkhead outlet filters, an in-line, high-pressure, low-volume mixing chamber, and a drip tray with leak sensor.
The system comes equipped with the SSI Gradient Control Board, which has an integrated Software GUI for customizable method development and input. This allows for autonomous binary gradient formation without the need for continuous computer monitoring and control after downloading the method onto the control board. Serial commands may be used to directly set pump flow rates, start/pause, or monitor status. Additonal features of the Gradient Board include control of two solvent-selection valves, multiple timed events, and leak detection.

LD class pump

The versatile LD Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps, delivering unmatched performance for analytical, flash, and small-scale preparative chromatography applications. With the patented SSI low dead-volume Pulse Dampener, advanced cam technology and dual piston mechanism, the LD Class provides virtually pulse-free operation.

The pumps are designed for high flow rate accuracy and low pulsation required for Analytical Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Standard fluid path materials are Stainless Steel and PEEK, in addition to optional Titanium. Other available features include jacketed heads for temperature controlled processes. With 12 mL/min, 36 mL/min, and 100 mL/min versions, reaching pressures up to 6,000 psi, these pumps will meet the performance requirements of demanding HPLC needs.

The high performance linear cams, along with automatic pressure compensation, provide precise flow rates for very accurate high pressure and low pressure gradients. Standard features include an integrated Prime-Purge Valve, Pulse Dampener, interactive keypad control, and complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports. The LD Class provides the precise flow and low pulsation for the most challenging separations.

LU class pump

The analytical LU Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps, delivering accurate flow rates at extremely high pressures. Available fluid path materials are Stainless Steel and Titanium for standard and Bio-compatible UHP chromatography applications.

The LU Class is designed for fast, high pressure analytical HPLC, with increased peak resolution and exceptional retention time repeatability. The SSI advanced solvent select feature provides very accurate flow rates at high pressures for a wide variety of solvents, particularly where compressibility is a major factor. Pressure capability is 18,000 psi, with a maximum flow of 5 mL/min.

Standard features include automatic pressure compensation, complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports, solvent select and user calibration. With pulse-free performance and precise control, the LU Class provides the highest flow accuracy over the entire pressure range.

PR class pump

The rugged PR Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps that provide high, accurate flows and excellent pressure capability for a variety of uses. Standard fluid path materials are Stainless Steel and PEEK, in addition to optional Titanium. Other available features include jacketed heads for temperature controlled processes.

The pumps are designed for a wide range of Preparative and Semi- Prep Chromatography, as well as SMBC (simulated moving bed chromatography), and many process and industrial applications. With 100 mL/min and 300 mL/min versions, reaching pressures up to 4,000 psi, the pumps will meet the most demanding LC and process needs.

Features include an integrated Prime-Purge Valve, interactive keypad control, and complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports. The PR Class provides the flow rates and pressures required for high throughput separations.

CP class pump
